Where Is My Train is an information lookup tool. To answer your queries — a train number, a station, or a PNR — we send that input to our railway data provider (RailRadar) to fetch the corresponding public running/booking information. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or payment details anywhere on this site.

PNR lookups: a PNR number can reveal booking and passenger details. We only use it to fetch and display that booking's status back to you; we do not store PNR numbers or the results returned for them.

Server logs: like most websites, our hosting and database providers may log standard technical information (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

Cached railway data: we cache stable, non-personal railway data (station and train names, routes, schedules) to make the site faster. We never cache live status, delay, PNR, or seat-availability results, since those change constantly.

Analytics/cookies: if we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this page accordingly.
